In the coal mining and processing industry, transportation has always been a key factor affecting production efficiency and costs. Traditional coal transportation methods such as track mining cars and skip lifts have drawbacks such as limited transportation capacity, large equipment footprint, and large excavation workload, making it difficult to meet the large-scale and continuous production needs of modern coal mines. Especially in mountainous coal mines, deep well mining and other scenarios, the terrain conditions are complex, and the demand for vertical or large angle transportation is urgent. Ordinary belt conveyors cannot adapt to such working conditions due to the easy sliding of materials and limited conveying angle (usually not exceeding 25 °).
The emergence of large angle conveyors provides an ideal solution to solve this problem. It can achieve stable and continuous coal transportation within a large inclination range of 30 ° to 90 °, with a maximum lifting height of 203 meters and a maximum conveying capacity of 6000 tons/hour, effectively filling the application gap of ordinary conveying equipment in large inclination scenarios and becoming the core equipment for efficient transportation in the modern coal industry.
