Conveyor belt deviation and material scattering is a common method of material scattering, which is caused by the uneven height on both sides of the conveyor belt, resulting in the conveyor belt deviating and scattering materials during the material conveying process. Adjusting the conveyor belt can solve the problem of material scattering, but the focus should be on adjusting the drive drum and direction drum to ensure even force distribution along the length direction of the belt section.

The main way to sprinkle materials at the transfer point is to sprinkle materials at the guide chute and hopper. If the conveyor belt is overloaded with materials, it will cause damage to the guide chute baffle and cause the materials to rush out of the guide chute during the conveying process. Therefore, controlling the amount of conveyed materials and maintaining the conveying equipment are good ways to prevent materials from scattering here.

The hanging material of the concave belt is caused by the protrusion of the conveyor belt due to the small curvature of the concave section of the belt, and the solution is only in the selection of the belt. In order to prevent the conveying equipment from scattering materials during the conveying process, it is necessary to choose a belt with a larger concave curvature when selecting a conveyor belt.
