Conveyor belt deviation and material scattering is a common method of material scattering, which is caused by the uneven height on both sides of the conveyor belt, resulting in the conveyor belt deviating and scattering materials during the material conveying process. Adjusting the conveyor belt can solve the problem of material scattering, but the focus should be on adjusting the drive drum and direction drum to ensure even force distribution along the length direction of the belt section.

The main way to sprinkle materials at the transfer point is to sprinkle materials at the guide chute and hopper.
